Azzro Wear Private Limited — Terms governing the use of azzro.in and purchasing from our website.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of azzro.in and purchases made through the site. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

“We”, “us” or “Azzro Wear” refers to Azzro Wear Private Limited. “You” refers to the user or buyer who visits azzro.in or places an order.

3. Orders & Pricing

All product prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices and correct errors. An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details. You must provide accurate payment details. We may hold or cancel orders where payment appears fraudulent.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ensure accurate shipping address; any additional charges due to incorrect addresses are your responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy (available on the site) applies. You must notify us of returns within the specified return window and follow the prescribed process. Refunds are subject to inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on azzro.in (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by Azzro Wear. You may not reuse content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Azzro Wear’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Information about shipping times, costs, tracking and international delivery for orders placed on azzro.in.

Domestic Shipping

We ship across India. Typical delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified cart value during promotions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time may be longer during sales or holidays.

Tracking Orders

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp. Use the courier’s tracking page to follow delivery status.

Failed Delivery / Returns to Sender

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment. Reshipment charges may apply.

When You Can Cancel

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel via your account or by contacting support.

If Order Is Already Shipped

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return the item following our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If eligible, refunds for cancelled orders are processed as follows:

  • Store Credit: Issued within 24–48 hours.
  • Bank / UPI Refund: Processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

How to Cancel

To cancel before shipment:

  1. Go to your account > Orders > Select the order > Cancel (if available).
  2. Or contact support at support@azzro.in or WhatsApp +91 95537 65363.
  3. We will confirm cancellation by email and process refund where applicable.
