At Azzro Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we make returns & refunds simple, quick, and transparent.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Request made within 7 days of delivery
- Wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect
Items with stains, damage, perfume smell, or signs of use will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Innerwear
- Socks
- Accessories marked final sale
- Clearance items
Exchange Policy
You can exchange for a different size or color (if available). If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection.
- Store Credit: Issued within 24–48 hours (fastest)
- Bank / UPI Refund: 5–7 working days after approval
Return Pickup Process
- Submit your return request via Contact page or WhatsApp
- Pickup arranged within 1–3 working days
- Refund/exchange processed after inspection
If pickup is unavailable, self-ship details will be provided and shipping cost reimbursed as store credit.

Only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
