Flexible Cancellations
Changed your mind or accidental selection? We provide a simple window to cancel your order before it begins its journey to you. Your confidence is our priority.
Instant Cancellation
Login to your account > My Orders > Click "Request Cancellation". If the order hasn't been packed yet, it will be cancelled instantly with full refund.
In-Transit Refusal
Once orders are dispatched, they cannot be cancelled from the system. However, you can refuse acceptance at your doorstep during delivery. A ₹50 courier handling fee may apply.
Post-Delivery Return
If you have already accepted the package, you must follow our Refund & Returns policy to return the item within 5 days of delivery.
Refund Breakdown
When an order is successfully cancelled, your refund is processed via the original payment method without delay.
Online Payments
Credited to source card/UPI. Takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank statement.
